Covid-19 Delivery information
in response to covid-19 all our Carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their driver and our customers
please be assured that it all our Carriers are following the advice and guide lines for the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
there is currently no impact to our delivery service at this stage, however we encourage our customers to use their home address for delivery,
moving forward all Carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that delivered,
You can see all carriers guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier websites emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information,
We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue to operate as normal
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days excluding holidays after receiving your order confirmation email you will receive an other notification when your order has shipped.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check in status please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available
If you have not received your order within 12 days office saving your shipping confirmation email please contact us at Info@tothemooncaps.com
With your name and order number and we will look into it for you
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES
Some Carriers have limitation around shipping to PO box if one of your carrier fall all into this group you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If item is unused and in its original condition and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return
